The College has a Training and Placement Cell which is called ‘Students' Progression and Industry Relations Cell (SP & IR)’ and it aids students to secure high paying jobs in the diverse sector of the corporate world. The cell conducts a number of pre-placement activities to ensure students gain crucial skills sets which are essential to become a competent professional in the industrial sector.

The College spans across a large area of land which is equipped with multiple facilities and is surrounded by a lush-green environment. There are adequate classrooms at the JSPM RSCOE Campus which are spacious, well-ventilated, and are equipped with modern devices such as projectors, smart boards, internet, etc. to support application-based learning.

Along with this, there are a number of tutorial rooms and lecture halls which enable students to attend interactive sessions and lectures.

Some of the other facilities present at the JSPM Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering premises are listed below:

• Library: The College has a central library called ‘Jayawant Library’ and various other departmental libraries which contain a multitude of resources to provide students;’ academic-related information. The collection of the library includes books, print journals, periodicals, reference books, and several others. There is a reading hall at the library in which about 250 students can be accommodated.
  Along with this, through the digital library of the College, students can get access to a number of e-books, e-journals, databases, etc. The services facilitated to the students at the library are circulation / book lending, book bank, and many more.
• Laboratories: There is a computer centre / lab at the College premises which aid students to complete their technical tasks and assignments. In addition to this, departments of the College such as Automation and Robotics, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Applications, etc. have research-based labs.

• Auditorium: JSPM RSCOE Pune campus has a ‘Jayawant Auditorium’ which is equipped with advanced digital tools such as high quality projectors, audio systems, adjustable light and sound systems, recording devices, etc. It is air-conditioned and has an accommodation capacity of about 300 students.
• Seminar and Conference Hall: There are over 5 seminar halls along with about 4 conference halls present within the premises of the College. They are equipped with modern digital devices including whiteboard, projectors, internet connectivity, etc.
• Cafeteria: A ‘JSPM Food Court’ is available at the campus of the College from which students can access a variety of food items, meals, snacks, beverages of different cuisines. There is a cafeteria present at different locations and along with the same, the premises have various other canteens which serve students packaged treats and other required foods.
• Hostel: The campus of the College has about 4 hostels from which 3 are for female students and the remaining 1 is for male students. The JSPM RSCOE Hostel rooms are available in multiple occupancies and are equipped with necessities such as cot, table, chairs, etc.
  The facilities which hostellers of the College can avail at the accommodations are a mess, round-the-clock security, medical assistance, high-speed internet, purified drinking waters, and many more.
• Sports: There is a large area dedicated for sports tournaments and events to aid students develop holistically. The campus of the College has Basketball Ground, Volleyball Ground, Cricket Ground, Kabaddi Ground, and others as the outdoor sports amenities.
  On the other hand, the indoor sports facilities are for games like Table Tennis, Chess, Badminton, Shooting, etc. A gymnasium equipped with modern training tools is present at the College campus.
• Transportation: There is a fleet of buses which are equipped with CCTV cameras and GPS which ensures students reach their destination and desired locations with safety and security.
• Medical Facilities: Adequate medical facilities are present at the premises of the College including first-aid box, sick-room, etc. The College has tie-ups with the nearby hospital to ensure students are treated promptly in case of emergency situations. There are ambulances to commute students from the campus to the linked hospitals for treatment.
• Other Facilities: Parking spaces, ATM, Bank, Wheelchairs, list, etc. for disabled students, and several others.
