Did I hear placements? What is that but because there is nothing like that at the campus. Some industrial consultant came and told us how a degree from here will get us a favorable job. I passed out almost 2 years ago and couldn’t find a suitable job. Yes, working in an IT firm but a M. Tech student from such a strict college is earning less than the ones who have just done B. Tech. SJCET is such a huge name that parents feel so proud when their kids take admissions here. Little did they know that we have come at an army camp where we just have to study, study hard, and study hardest just like the army men who train hard, harder and hardest.Read Full Review

Does this term even exist for a college like SJCET? Many companies have already boycotted the institute and therefore at least in our batch, I didn’t see any companies even taking our interview. All we were told was that we have given you virtual office like experience and have prepared you to find a best possible job in market. Luckily the college is a little famous so finding an off-campus job was not tough as otherwise, doing M. Tech and especially after coming so far would have been a waste. Thinking about placements at SJCET is indeed a waste of time, so if you dearly care for placements, please don’t join this college even if you are from the same city or the state.Read Full Review
