JSPM Narhe Technical Campus Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Pune

For providing excellent JSPM Narhe placement assistance to students, a dedicated Training and Placement (T&P) Department / Cell has been formed. This cell is headed by the Training and Placement Officer.

Many National and International companies including Accenture, Bosch, Capgemini, HCL, Infosys, Jaro Education & others are invited to the recruitment drives so that students can secure job opportunities with attractive packages. The JSPM Narhe highest package is 12 LPA. On the other hand, the average CTC offered to the students is 4.2 LPA.

Step 1: Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)

The placement process of the Institute starts with pre-placement talk sessions where invited share brief information regarding job profile, location, work-culture, etc. with the students.

Step 2: Aptitude / Technical Test

After the end of PPT sessions, the next step involves conduction of aptitude or technical tests by the companies to assess the logical, verbal, and other quantitative abilities of the students.

Step 3: Group Discussion

Followed by this, for the students who qualify the previous round, the recruiters organise group discussion rounds where communication and leadership skills are tested.

Step 4: Paragraph Writing / English Test

Subsequently, the cell / department holds paragraph writing or English tests with the purpose to test students’ proficiency and knowledge of the language.

Step 5: Interview Rounds

In the next step, both technical & personal / HR interviews are held by the invited companies. An important phase of the placement procedure is the technical interview session as it evaluates students’ academic skills and knowledge.

Then, there is an HR or personal interview round where company professionals & HRs analyse competencies, cultural fit, and other crucial aspects of the students ensuring that they align with the offered job role.

Step 6: Final Offer

In the end, selected students receive an offer letter which they need to accept within specified duration.
