Then, there is an HR or personal interview round where company professionals & HRs analyse competencies, cultural fit, and other crucial aspects of the students ensuring that they align with the offered job role.
Step 6: Final Offer
In the end, selected students receive an offer letter which they need to accept within specified duration.
