My experience at AMU

Yes, there is a Placement Cell named - Training and Placement Cell (TPO), different companies visit our campus and hire students. The average placement is around 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The TPO also runs different placement drives like Parwaaz (for female candidates).Read Full Review

The university has a Placement and Training cell, where they not only provide placement opportunities to students who apply but also provide training to such students during their course of graduation. The Cell conducts various such activities to upgrade the profile of students to help them gain corporate relevant skills. The average salary package students receive through the Cell is 6 LPA to 8 LPA. The bar could go higher as per the student's ability.Read Full Review

B.A. LL.B & LL.M at AMU Aligarh: Curriculum, Alumni & Career Opportunities

Although AMU is an established university, its placement cell still needs a little improvement because the placement cell was initiated as recently as in 2012. It was started with an aim to bridge the gap between students, their academia and the industry. Faculty of Law has a separate cell of Training and Placement, although students finding a placement suitable are seen less particularly as low packages are given. We see a lot more students actively building connections through the massive network of alumni and looking for placement through these aids than the placement cell of this university.Read Full Review
