Banwarilal Bhalotia College Faculty Profile, Asansol

Well, the Commerce Department is blessed with amazing professors and faculties. I believe all five fingers cannot be same but almost all the faculty members are worth their positions. Our principal sir has also been a Commerce student and the professor who taught him also teaches us, which shows how relentlessly these faculties have been working with the subject and how much experience they hold. During classes/lectures, our professors also share the required insights from the outer world to help us understand a topic in an effective way. Not to mention, the faculty members hold huge titles like Dr., CA, and CS along with the vast experience they have in their respective fields. Teacher-student ratio is not that good in our department but it is not a problem because faculties are easily approachable and are more than happy, to help us get through all the doubts we have. As a conversationalist myself, I have a great bond with most of the faculty members in our department and I also share a bond with faculties of other departments as well. The teachers of Hindi department are really good and helpful to us. The faculty members have done at least post graduation, and some of them have done PhD as well. The teaching method varies by teacher, but so far, I have not had any difficulty studying there. One does not require any tuition because everything is covered by our faculty members, so it is not needed. In our college, mostly blackboards are used for teaching, and it is a very classical teaching method. Number of teachers is enough, because we have different teachers for each subject. Overall, I would say that teachers are really nice and approachable, we can directly go and ask any doubt in the faculty room itself, and they will solve our problem.Read Full Review

From my experience, I can say college has best faculty than other colleges. It has teachers for each subject and course. Teachers are so good and friendly. They teach very well and if anyone attains regular lecture, they will not need any private tutor.Read Full Review
