Delhi Technological University New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The campus size of Delhi Technological University is decent. There are lots of good places nearby to go to after classes. It’s situated in Vivek Vihar Phase 2 in Karkardooma. Classes can easily fit around 50 students. The classrooms are air conditioned, the fans are working and the seats are in a good condition. Computer lab is very spacious and so is the library. Every class room is lit properly and there is a medical room with an attendant. The campus has also have sport facilities like basketball court, volleyball and badminton court. Guards are there to take care of any misbehavior on the campus.

There are clubs and they are very active, they hold quizzes, treasure hunts and many other activities. The annual fest of our University withhold various activities and events for the students to participate in, we play games, and visit the stalls. The crowd is decent, if you look you will find your people. Every society has their flagship events where students from the University and other Universities come to participate in competitions.Read Full Review

The campus has a Main building, an Academic Block and a few more buildings. All of the buildings have air conditioning facility which is used every time there is a class. The main building also has heating facility for winter season. There is also a lift in the main building for convenience for the students. There is also a library in the campus where students can get any course book they would require for their classes. There is also a Nescafe in the campus. There is an auditorium, capable of seating 300+ people in the Main Building. There are also sports facilities like Badminton, Volleyball, Table Tennis and Basketball.

The overall campus life is very enjoyable at DTU. The University has an amazing crowd with welcoming seniors and amiable peers to spend your time with. The University also has 20+ clubs which range from debating to arts and even social service. I am part of the debating club and they organise many events throughout the year which encourage both Intra-University and Inter-University participation. The University has also organised events like Garba Night for the students which included DJ and various societies organise many events in University to make it feel vibrant and lively. The infrastructure is one of the best among many universities in the country. The academic blocks are top notch and well maintained. There is a separate building for almost every branch. The campus is 164 acres and surrounded by lush greenery. The new classrooms are very Hi-tech and air conditioned whereas old ones are being renovated. The library is open for 24/7during exams and is well maintained. The sports facilities are also top notch and well maintained, as almost every sport is available.

The campus life is one of the best aspects of this university. The university crowd is mostly studious and hard working. There are numerous clubs in university like cultural clubs, technical clubs, etc. The fest is one of the biggest fest in North India named ‘Engifest’. There are also other fests such as fresher’s party and literary fest named Yuvaan and Navratri fest as well. The experience is surely great.Read Full Review
