IISWBM campus is spread across around 1786 square meters of land and it contains modern infrastructure & facilities so that the overall needs of the students can be fulfilled. The Institute has built academic buildings, administrative blocks, and a separate residential area in the campus.

Several multi-storeyed buildings are there at IISWBM that contain numerous classrooms, seminar rooms, a central library, modern labs, seminar room, auditoria, canteen, hostels for boys & girls, and other such amenities.

At IISWBM Kolkata campus, approximately 27 air-conditioned classrooms with smart TV, projectors, audio-visual aids, etc. are available so that students can get a digital learning environment. There are few other academic spaces at the campus including assembly hall, around 3 conference rooms, seminar rooms, etc. and they contain adequate AV equipment to conduct meetings, formal interviews, presentations, seminars, etc. at the campus.

The auditoria at the Institute is designed with a comfortable seating arrangement and facilities like large stage, projectors, screen, speakers, amplifier, etc. are present. It serves as a platform for hosting stage shows, interactive sessions, and other cultural programs. Inside the Institute’s premises, board room, tutorial room, student activity centre, and few other facilities are also available.

• Library: The Institute has established a central library in the premises to fulfill the academic and research needs of the students by adding around 53, 965 books of different disciplines, 1300+ CD-ROMs, nearly 84 Indian & International journals, newspapers, etc. Through the electronic library, students can access the online academic materials, software, and databases.
  The library has a reading room with ample seating space for group and individual study. Also, services like book lending, bibliographic, photocopy, inter-library loan, and others are provided to the students in the library.
• Laboratories: A computer centre covering 162 square meters of land area is available in the IISWBM campus with sufficient number of computer systems, leased line internet connectivity, etc. so that students can use them for advanced academic & skill development purposes.
  Besides this, high-tech labs including Business Intelligence lab (50+ workstations), Language lab, Energy lab, Environment lab, and many others are present to ensure that students are trained with adequate practical exposure in their respective field.
• Sports: The Institute focuses on the holistic development of the students by organising sports events related to games like Cricket, Badminton, Table-Tennis, Football, etc. on an annual basis for them. Adequate sports facilities including Table-Tennis Table in the student activity centre are provided by the Institute.
• Hostel: More than 60 students can collectively reside in the IISWBM Hostels that includes ‘Prantik Hostel’ for boys and a new one for girls. The female hostel has furnished rooms in double & triple sharing with attached bathrooms. Along with this, facilities like canteen, dining hall, common living area with TV & recreational facilities, 24/7 security, etc. are provided in the available hostels.
• Cafeteria: A wide range of snacks, nutritious meals, and beverages are available at a nominal price in the canteen present at the Institute’s campus and it operates on specified timings.
• Healthcare Facility: The Institute provides prompt medical aid to the injured students through their first-aid-cum-sick room which has required facilities & equipment.
• Gymnasium: In order to offer a healthy and fit environment to the students, the Institute has set up a fully-equipped gymnasium at the campus with required equipment and a professional trainer for guidance.
