Sharavathi Dental College and Hospital, Shimoga has a well-equipped campus spread on across 5 acres of land. There are 8 blocks with each being dedicated to a respective department. There are big classrooms with sufficient seating capacity. The classrooms have the facility of smart boards too. The labs are well-equipped. The library of the College has rich collection of books. There are seminar halls, air-conditioned auditoriums, clean and well-maintained canteens. We have a big playground and facilities for various sports are also offered. Transport facilities are also available.

Overall campus life is excellent according to me. Due to less student crowd, attention to each and every student is given. There are various clubs for different kinds of activities and I am a part of one of the clubs. There are many co-circular activities organised at the College too like sports day, cultural day, public health day, etc. There is an annual fests conducted too which is very vibrant and fun. The campus is spread over 5.5 acres and the infrastructure of SDCH Shimoga is good. The campus is located outside the city so the campus is free of pollution and there is not disturbance and loud noises The classrooms are well equipped with blackboards, projectors, etc. The classroom can accommodate more than 100 students at one time. The campus has labs, clinical laboratory, lecture halls, auditorium, and many others. The campus also has digital library.

The campus life so far has been good. There are various clubs such as Cultural club, Sports club, etc. They also organises different awareness program like No Tobacco Day. It also organises different fest and events for the students.Read Full Review

The campus infrastructure is very well maintained and the campus can also be called as green campus because of its lush green environment. The campus has a football ground, volleyball ground, canteen, in house hostel. The College has 9 departments in the main building. The Institution has a Gymnasium, the area of which is 300 sq ft. It has a very good library with all the necessary books for us to study. Transport facility is also well maintained by the College and it has 4 separate College buses.

Overall, campus life is very amazing. I have been enjoying very much since I have joined here because of the functions happening in the College. Annual fest happens which has interhouse competitions, it is a week-long fest. The College crowd is decent and the campus is not much crowded. There are no such separate clubs, but surely there are groups which take part in intercollegiate competitions. Our College also emphasises us to take part in seminars and conferences, which is the best thing I like about my College.Read Full Review
