North Bengal Medical College Darjeeling Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The NBMC campus is the biggest medical college campus in west Bengal. The academic block is quite big with all the departments and lecture theatres that are all well equipped with air conditioners. The library has a huge collection of books as well as it is fully air conditioned. The hospital is just behind the academic block and is easily reachable.

The campus life is really fun. Annual fest organised here is Plasma and the academic fest is Numescon. Plasma is one of the biggest fests among the colleges of West Bengal. NBMC is of 151 acre in the area. It is a huge campus. It has dental college and also have para medical course in these college. It has very large general hospital building. In which a lot of people of North Bengal use to come every day. The main building include emergency, outdoor services, physiotherapy centre etc. It has one state Bank ATM inside the campus. And just outside 2nd gate you get 2 ATMs. It also have one large play ground in which sometimes you can also get a look of the great Kanchanjangha.

It is a very beautiful campus. Weather is almost good through the whole year. Every year generally in the month of September the cultural fest plasma happened. It is a very enjoyable movement for the whole campus. And for the reunion programme NOSTALGIA conducted every year in college in month of November. If you able get a chance to visit NBMC.
