IHM Faridabad Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025

Placements started in the final semester and brand restaurants like Taco KFC, Burger King, Biryani By Kilo, and Dominos were the top recruiters. All were offered jobs as per their specialization and most of the students were hired as trainees. I didn't find any interest in that because I knew during the trainee period, we will be made to work like horses and will be paid nuts. The average salary offered by most of these QSRs was 15-20k. After putting so much effort both in terms of learning and internship, these jobs can excite nobody. Most students still took the job as they were like, 'we can't study anymore'. IHM Faridabad has indeed failed to get its students placed in big 5-Star hotels, but trust me: QSRs like Domino's and Burger King are more profitable than them in percentage terms. The scope of growth is always high in such outlets as it's not that we had to work on their outlets, but they do have offices from where things are being controlled. Apart from the kitchen department, as per our specialization, we got backend roles too. Our internship happened at some of the best 5-Star properties of NCR like Radisson Blu, Oberoi Hotels, and ITC. Our batch was placed all in QSRs though with an annual package of 2.5 to 4 lakhs.Read Full Review
