The college infrastructure is average. The campus is not that big, but it feels good to study in the campus. There is only 1 building of our college. And the college has its sports ground in front of the college. The college campus is average but the student enjoys a lot in campus.

The campus life is good. The faculties are excellent and the crowd is also good. The college organises events every month. The college has 4 exams in year, 2 internals and 2 externals. 1st internal is taken before Diwali and 2nd Internal in month of March or April. SEMCOM is all about a building that shifts all the departments that it has. All the facilities like library, canteen, and auditorium were in the same building. There is nothing much that infrastructure can be talked about but yes again the canteen. First the hostel which is outside the college building and then the canteen that is inside the college building needs to change. The canteen’s tea is still decent but other than that is pathetic. The sporting facilities are provided at the Sardar Patel ground and many students who are a part of college sports team are allowed to go and practice there at will.

All my friends who were studying in other colleges and pursuing the same course used to laugh as they said B.Com students and busy. This is a hard reality, but I was fine with it as the college provided us many opportunities beyond academics to show one and all what we have got. The life at the campus was fun as the bus to Vadodara was available every 10 minutes. Daily 1 hour in bus and that is how I used to reach the college. Never felt tired but always enjoyed the journey as I knew that that campus will surprise me today. Every day something or the new, I learned at the campus and that made my life so enjoyable. Some NGOs have tied up with the college and we as a student did all that in our capacity to at least give a proof of we are humans. Hail SEMCOM from the core of my heart.Read Full Review

Area wise the college is small in fact less than 1 acre but talking about the facilities that the college has accommodated are innumerable. The building is huge as that is the main building which has admin department, classes, auditorium, library, and seminar halls. The college also has a parking area as most of the students are outsiders and keeping bike for travel has been a common trend among students at SEMCOM.

The entire infrastructure of the campus is well-furnished. The college has also made arrangement for accommodation of boys and girls but the hostel is not at the campus. The building though old looks new as every odd year the building is painted and thereby looks new. The sports ground is common for many colleges nearby. In college campus we have no place to play or even hunch around with friends. The college infrastructure is all about one building. Space is something which is not in everyone’s control but the usage of that space has been done well by the management.

If one thinks that study is boring then SEMCOM is the place for them. There are activities going on right through the year and one can learn something new every day at the college campus. I kept myself busy with quiz competitions and study dates with my friends. There are a lot of interactive activities in the college and I had a blast for the 3 years that I spent in this college.Read Full Review
