Poona Institute of Management Sciences & Entrepreneurship Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Pune

The Poona Institute of Management Sciences & Entrepreneurship has set up a dedicated ‘Training & Placement (T&P) Department’ or ‘Placement Cell’. The authorities of this PIMSE Pune Placement Cell conduct guest lectures, pre-placement talks, group discussions, industrial visits, workshops, and various other activities to professionally groom the students.

The department has strong industry connections with various companies like Axis Bank, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, India Mart, ICICI Prudential, and many more and invites them to take part in the Institute’s placement drives so that students can secure jobs with attractive packages. So far, the highest package offered to students of PIMSE Pune is 23 LPA and the average package is 10 LPA.

Over the past few years, projects, case studies, and Internship opportunities have been facilitated to the students so that they get adequate practical world exposure. These help the students in improving their resume and subsequently enhance the chances of securing the desired job role through PIMSE Pune placement drives.
