The institute has some string core values set up by Dr Verghese Kurian and his values are instilled deep down among each faculties and students who are part of IRMA. The students are selected for this course based on CAT score followed by competitive GD round personal interview is conducted. The admission process is strict, formal and is systematically conducted. The management of the college provides all kind of support for the students and help in clarifying and guiding throughout.

The institute known for PGDRM course and I have joined for the same. The course is well structured and in the very first SEM and in the first few weeks students are sent for a week village stay. This is to give hands on experience on how things work in villages. This is a wonderful experience which I cherish the most. This exposure has taught me so many things about rural life and how people manage their day to day living. Without a doubt the course was more than what I expected.

From the experience of what I have heard from my friends who studied in other colleges about their faculties. I have found a lot of difference in the faculties who have taught me here. Their teaching pedagogy, way of explaining things and going beyond books are mind blowing. They don't just teach the concepts; they teach the practicality of it through which they make us understand the concept. This style of teaching has helped in understanding the subject and few of the concepts I still remember so well. All the faculties are PhD holders and have vast number of teaching and corporate years.

Top companies come for placement and there is 100% placement. All the students are placed with good package with an average salary of Rs. 15-20 lakhs pa. The students get options from many companies like Amul, ITC and also some NGOs. Students have varied option to take placement according to what they wish to take their career forward.

The college has a beautiful campus and has full of trees. The hostel is in mid of this and totally it has nine blocks. Each block has around 24 rooms and the most interesting aspect is all rooms are single rooms. This gives a lot of freedom, space and environment to study and do the assignments. The rooms are set out like this with the purpose that students are not in anyways disturbed or distracted. The overall environment of the hostel is clam, peaceful and vibrant. The food offered in the hostels are tasty and hygiene. The cost of the hostel and mess fee are also reasonable and on an average it cost around 4.5k

The college is well supported and facilitated with all required infrastructure. All the classrooms are well spacious and all the classroom arrangements are in stadium seating. This gives a better view and monitoring for both students and teachers. Teachers use mic so that it is audible for the entire class. Most of the faculties use projectors which could also be used by the students during their presentation time.

I have no regrets of studying in IRMA. In fact IRMA days in my life is the most missed days in life. I always wish I get an opportunity to go back and study. This is only because of the college environment, the teaching and learning that happen and above all the most remembered fests. All the students are mandatorily need to stay in the hostel. Arrangement and courts are available for almost all the sports. Students in their free time are free to go and play the sport they wish for. I miss my IRMA days.
