My Experience With IIT Hyderabad

Overall Rating
My overall experience with IIT Hyderabad (IITH) is great. First of all to get into IITH you should qualify JEE exam. The campus of this IIT is very unique, the infrastructure of this campus is based on the Japanese architecture, and the mess food and the hostel are very nice. Campus and sports facility is great.
 

Academics Rating
To apply for the B.Tech course in IIT Hyderabad, the interested student should qualify the JEE advance with good rank and after qualifying JEE advance candidates should also sit in JOSSA counselling which held after the JEE advance result. The B.Tech program of all the IITs mostly based on the practical knowledge. If the candidate want adventures and entertaining life than the candidate should apply for this course.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of IIT Hyderabad if very helpful and very knowledgeable, many professors of IITH were also the professors of top IIT's like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras etc. Many professors are working in many research fields and if the students is interested in research field of the professors than he can also work with the professors.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, IIT Hyderabad has its Placement Cell known as Office of career services. It works toward increasing interaction with various management research and industrial organisations. Yes, it helps the students to acquire jobs in industry.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels of IIT Hyderabad are the new generation hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of IIT Hyderabad is very unique every building in the campus is very special and unique. It also has many large apartments for the faculty. The hostel of IIT Hyderabad is based on the Japanese architecture. Hostels also have the thermal cooling system. The architecture of the academic block is mind blowing.
 

Campus Rating
IIT Hyderabad provides the wonderful campus life. There many clubs for almost everything you like. It also has many events like Milan (inter hostel competition), Diesta (inter department competitions), etc. And IIT Hyderabad is also biggest cultural and tech fest Elan n vison. It also has the Entrepreneurship cell or E-cell to help entrepreneurs.

    I am enjoying a lot in IIT Hyderabad. The hostel and food facilities are also good compared to my worst facilities in my intermediate. The courses offered by the academic are reasonable.     Since the day I came to this campus, it has been a very vibrant and energetic experience, almost every day an event is organised by student run clubs. The infrastructure when I came to this Institute was not very good, but as of 2026, it has improved significantly.
