My Experience in Lucknow University

Overall Rating
Hello, I am B.Com student of Lucknow University. And I want to share my experience. I have heard contrary arguments against Lucknow University, but let me tell you me tell you the atmosphere here is completely opposite. When I got here I just did not expect this. The students are super focussed on their goals. I know this isn't the case with everyone but you'll find them everywhere. The college itself covers a vast area, which is again a plus point.
 

Academics Rating
Lucknow University offers around 160+ course for all type of fields. The basic requirement for under-graduate course is 10+2 with the specific science, commerce or arts. With commerce background you can opt for various courses like B.Com, B.Com (hons.), LL.B, BBA, and BA too. The admission is conducted through an entrance test and the result is announced as merit basis and then counselling is done.
 

Faculty Rating
The professors they are really knowledgeable, considerate, and would help you in most possible ways. They are also very passionate about what they teach. And almost all of them have their Ph.Ds done. And not to forget about the recent NAAC A++ rating which itself justify the fact that Lucknow University has strong academic programs along with dedicated faculty.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there are Placement Cells in Lucknow University. Mostly the placements are in the MBA and B.Tech department and placement in UG courses are fewer as compared to PG courses. Some of the recruiting companies are TCS, Axis Bank, HDFC Funds, Bajaj Capitals, and more.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are residential facilities available in Lucknow University which are well maintained. The mess food is good and tasty, while all amenities including bathroom and bed, room, tables, etc. are well maintained, clean, and serviced regularly.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is vast. There are different departments for every course or field. And it is beautiful with parks, libraries, cafeterias, etc. to hang out with friends. Also for the assignments and exams there are plenty of resources like tagore, cyber, and corporative library. Tagore library consist of book, both for issue and reading purposes. I personally love the cyber library where you can study using the computer and free Wi-Fi.
 

Campus Rating
Yes, don't forget about the co-curricular clubs you can join to explore more about yourself and enjoy your college journey. Many clubs like literary clubs, debating clubs, performing clubs, visual, art, singing, and a lot more are available. Plus the college itself is pretty awesome with libraries and cafeterias. From sports to cultural events there's always something happening.

    Myself Shruti Singh and I'm a student of BA 1st year. Overall my experience till now is good because I liked the behavior of the people and teachers here very much. The campus life here is also very good. Like our college is very old, almost 104 years old, so the structure here is quite amazing and you should absolutely take admission here.     In my view, if you want enjoyment with your study then I'll suggest you to go for it. First of all here's faculties are well educated, all are Ph.D degree holders. They are very friendly, cooperative with students, always help students with their researches. Here you have freedom for any type of dress code.
