Culinary Academy of India - A Good College for Learning Culinary Arts

Overall Rating
My experience in the college is very good. I got to learn lot of things and also met lot of students from all over India. The college has a good environment and students are encouraged to learn as well as try out new things. Management is good and provides the students with all the tools, equipment and resources that are required or acquiring good knowledge.
 

Academics Rating
Most of the classes are conducted on practical mode and the faculty always helps us to learn the right cooking method. Faculty gives individualized attention to the students and teaches very well. Extra subjects like French and Computer Applications are also taught to us so that we can get ready for international placements.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty at Culinary Academy of India is abroad returned, very well experienced, and very helpful to the students. We are given maximum practical exposure and the focus on the practical skills is very high. We are guided by the faculty at every step and they make sure that all the products are made with the right recipe and also help us to present the food properly.
 

Placement Rating
As far as my knowledge of Culinary Academy of India placements all my Seniors and friends say it’s the best. Not only placements are good in Indian Five Star Hotels but they also provide placements in International Cruise Lines from Italy, UK and USA.
 

Hostel Rating
Though I am not using the College Hostel, there are many students who stay in the Hostel from other course such as three year bachelor’s degree and also from my own class.
 

Infrastructure Rating
This Culinary Academy of India is the only College in India which has so many kitchens and separate kitchens for each cuisine. The latest equipment and tools are provided to the students to learn the latest trends that are happening in the real culinary world. College has a very good library with books from all over the world covering various cuisines.
 

Campus Rating
We get a lot of opportunities to participate in many extracurricular activities from time to time and also in Culinary Competitions. College celebrates all the national festivals and also has Theme Buffets .We get lot of exposure beyond the curriculum. We have the prestigious Annual BRAND CAI Awards Ceremony where the best Industry Professional and our Star Alumni are felicitated.
