Overall Rating
Culinary Academy of India is the first ever Culinary Arts college in India with Affiliation to Osmania University. It has got world class infrastructure with simulated kitchens, the college has got fully experienced and foreign returned faculty.
 

Academics Rating
The college provides 3 courses 1. Bachelors in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts, 2. One and Half Year Craft Certificate Course in Basic Culinary Skills, and 3. One Year Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts, All the courses in Culinary Academy of India has the Entrance process which includes Written Exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
 

Faculty Rating
The college has got fully experienced and foreign returned faculty, and some of them are already worked on Luxury Cruise lines and now they are in the teaching field, there will be individualized attention to the students. The most of the faculty are worked in the industry and have the knowledge how the industry works.
 

Placement Rating
The college also provides the campus placements assistance, the Top Hotel brands like Taj Group, Oberoi group, The Leelas, Marriott, GRT and Luxury Cruise lines like P&O Cruises UK & Australia, Costa Cruises Italy, and Princess cruises USA comes for the Campus Placements
 

Infrastructure Rating
CAI Hyderabad has got world class infrastructure with simulated kitchens, the college has got 7 kitchens which are Basic Training Kitchen, Bread art Lab, Pastry & Confectionery lab, Training Restaurant, Bulk Galley, Advanced Training Kitchen, A'la Carte lab, European Culinary fundamentals kitchen and a vast library.
 

Campus Rating
Though the college is a multi storied standalone building. The college conducts the annual sports meet which includes outdoor and indoor sports, the college also encourages and gives equal opportunity to participate in the National and International Culinary Competitions and the college has got Five Culinary World Records to its credit.
