Review of School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada

Overall Rating
When I first came into this college the only thing I knew about this college was how it looked and I liked it that way. But as I came here I knew it was more than just the looks it's the place, the people, and everything about it. At first I thought I won't get any friends but I was proved wrong on the very first day I got new friends, new roommates who were all so excited to be my friends. The first day was great as well the faculties were so nice and explains everything thing so well.
 

Academics Rating
To be enrolled in this college you would have to pass an exam called JEE paper 2 which constituents of 3 subjects 1 is maths and the other is aptitude and last is the drawing. You would get 3 hours to write the exam and your get flying colours if you focus on drawing and aptitude. If you are not that good as well cause then you can focus on maths to score well. There will be 2 rounds and you just have to score good in any one of them and the best one will be picked.
 

Faculty Rating
Each faculty has their own way of teaching. It’s kind of beautiful how differently everyone teaches. They all teach us the same thing but different in a way that everyone can understand.
 

Placement Rating
There are no placements in our college.
 

Hostel Rating
Oh yes we do. The hostel facilities are good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
This would be what I love most about our college. Its infrastructure and how appealing it looks and how everything you need is inside the campus as well. You don't need to go outside for anything. The distance between the hostel, the college, and the mess is at a good distance. I'm very happy about the placement of everything.
 

Campus Rating
Oh the fests here are just spelled bounding and I love how everything is arranged by the students and of course with the help of faculties as well. The clubs here are just great. I love the music club named club ritmo and they even give us free guitar lesson which I'm so excited for and fashion club named club avant grand is so cool as well.

    School of Planning and Architecture is a prestigious college for pursuing Architecture in India. One of the many advantages of SPAV is that it is located in the centre of the city of Vijayawada, unlike many central universities. The city is developed and the basic necessities can be easily accessed. Main nodes like railway stations and bus stations are nearby and can be reached easily.     I have been in the School Of Planning And Architecture, Vijayawada for about 6 months now, almost completing my second semester. My experience in these few months can be compared to that of a rollercoaster ride- spontaneous and exciting. Perhaps a bit intimidating.
