I'm in my 3rd year and I'll give an honest review of my college; Sister Nivedita University. Honestly, it's a good college, especially when it comes to connecting with innovative students and secondly, the faculty. None of the faculty will have any kind of personal problems with you. They are strict but very helpful. The classrooms are very clean and seniors are supportive. Hack for Bengal is also organized at our university every year. Sister Nivedita University is a field for innovation

I'm a B.Tech computer science and business system student; you have to have minimum 60% in 12th boards to take admission in this course. CSBS is a TCS course in our college which is provided by TCS and in the university, its called premium course. Again, if you want to meet some really innovative people, you can enroll in the course. The population for this course is less in Sister Nivedita University.

So let me be real here, the faculties are strict and they don't have any personal problems with you but there is a huge lack of good teachers who can teach an individual really well. But there are some professors who are really good and come from a great background. Some of them have done Ph.D from great universities like Calcutta University, Jadavpur University, etc.

Yes, we have a Placement Cell in our university. This is 2024 and the market is not that good, but still two students from our university successfully cracked the companies from FAANG.

Yes, but I don't live in hostel.

The infrastructure is really good. The classroom is really clean with proper, clean floors and tables. Our 2nd floor is full of computer labs with AC and proper machines with latest processors and windows 11, with proper lab tables and chairs. The normal classes are equipped with proper white boards and benches.

This year we are going to get our first fest and honestly, I have heard that they have a great budget for it. There are many clubs for you to enroll in, show your skills, and grow. Sports are really good and there is a basketball court in our campus, which I love the most.
