Hansraj College; what can be said about it. It is one the premium institutes of University of Delhi. The college comes under the North campus of the university which is home to top colleges in India, and Hansraj College is one of them. The college has good infrastructure be it auditorium, huge library, practical labs, sports room, and huge college ground. Apart from that, there are various societies in the college in which one can take part and learn a lot of things. The environment is good; seniors are helpful and friendly. I chose this institute as it provides various development opportunities, be it personality development, financial growth, or career related growth and provides the right amount of exposure to a student which separates the student from the normal crowd, so yes, because of all these factors, it is a very good college.

Since Hansraj is a premium institute, it is excels in academics too, it provides various courses in each field, be it science, commerce or humanities. I am a student of History honours which comes under the arts or humanity department. The faculties are top notch as they provide great guidance and provide an overall great learning experience to students. In order to be a part of college, one should give CUET exam under which one should give at least 3 domain exams and one language exam. I personally chose history honours because I like to study history a lot and it motivated me to pursue this course.

The faculties of Hansraj College are top notch, they provide great learning experience, and provide good guidance too whether it is related to the subject or any competitive exams. All the faculties in the college are well qualified and have done their M.Phil and Ph.D. Their teaching style is great; they try to make classes as interactive as possible so that everyone can learn.

Yes, we do have a Placement Cell in our college and it helps students' to obtain great placement packages. As a matter of fact in last year, one student of B.Com honours secured a package of 27 LPA as the starting income which is a pretty good package.

Yes, the college provides hostel facility, both the boys’ and girls’ hostels are there and they are separate from each other. The food provided by hostel mess is pretty good and nutritious. The hostel is a bit old and will go under construction from next year for better facilities. Living in hostel provides different experience in its own as one can have a lot of fun with friends, so yes, hostel life is good.

The infrastructure of Hansraj College is very good; one thing I have noticed in the fact that from moment I entered college, till now, some or the other thing is under construction or is getting renewed. College has proper common rooms for girls, huge ground, an indoor badminton court, basketball court, huge auditorium, library, two conference rooms, canteen, food outlets, and much more.

My overall campus life has been very good since I entered the college. I can say that I enjoyed a lot and learned a lot as well. College conducts events from time to time, be it college fests or some occasion such as any festival. College also invites guest speakers for flagship event in order to provide guidance and motivation to students. Overall, I had a great experience.
