My Views on PES

Overall Rating
The college is really good for engineering. I personally liked it a lot. You might get mixed reviews everywhere but for me its great the academics, events held, infrastructure...everything is good. The college has everything you need a good campus, good academics and great faculty who is always ready to help you.
 

Academics Rating
Academics are good. You have 3 exams every semester so that you can score well in your exams. There are 2 internals and 1 end semester exams. Internal exams have MCQs so that it makes it easier for you to score. The internal exams are really helpful to increase your final score.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is well experienced. They are always there to clear your doubts and are really helpful. They explain and complete the portions on time and teach perfectly keeping the exams in mind. The faculty is always available for you if you lacking in the subject and are ready to help you. They even take extra review classes for certain topics if you need help.
 

Placement Rating
We do have a separate placement cell in our college. The placements are available to students who have a CGPA of 6.5+ in all years and hang 8.5+ CGPA gets you tier 1 job.
 

Hostel Rating
I have not availed hostel. But as far as I have heard from my friends it’s good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is just perfect. The cafeterias in the campus really have many options for food so that you don’t have to search food out of college. They nearly have 10 canteens with various options like north Indian, south Indian, Chinese, and more.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life overall for me in PES till now has been really great. I’m really enjoying the college life. The social life is perfect here. The seniors here are really friendly and there's certainly zero ragging for sure. The seniors are really helpful. The college is amazing. The fest, events and clubs in PES keeps the students engaged.

    I’m in my second year of engineering right now and my experience so far has been so good. Yes, the exams are the only annoying part for any student but the college life here is amazing. We have so many good things in our campus, starting from the infrastructure to the events and the activities held.     Overall Rating
    PES environment is rigorous and encourages you to work hard. There is a sense of competition that pushes you to strive for excellence. One of the key reasons that I chose this college was that I knew it has plenty of clubs that would enable me to meet new people and do something out of academics.     My overall experience at the university is excellent. The major reasons for my sayings are its infrastructure, campus life, social interactions, faculty’s expertise, placement records, and internships. The university provides a perfect balance between the academic life and campus life. The infrastructure is also very good with modern classrooms and labs.     Overall, I would say that campus is awesome and the quality of life in terms of education and extracurricular activities is quite good. Students from high society club are a part of this university as the fee is slightly on the higher side but no complaints as facilities are too good. The campus is well connected to all parts of the city and therefore one will never find commuting difficulties which exists in Bangalore's most parts.... Read Full Review
