PESU Bangalore Offers B.Tech Course by KCET & JEE Main Exam

My experience in PESU Bangalore is good till now. From hackathons to guest lecturers everything is amazing. Everyday something is going on in the University’s campus. I chose this University because it is one of the best Universities in Bangalore. Also, the campus is amazing. The University conducts exams in a very strict manner. The academics of this University prepare the students for real life challenges.

The course I have chosen is B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering because I am interested in this subject. I had scored a rank of 1600 in the University’s entrance test called PESSAT which no longer exists. To get a seat in my course through KCET, you need to score below 2000 rank and you also have to qualify JEE Main and score more than 98%. The admission process is pretty straightforward and it takes place on the day of the counseling. The University conducts 3 exams per semester, 2 of them are unit test and the third one is the final semester exam. The exams in general are harder than other Universities but the questions are from the syllabus only.

The fee of my course per year is Rs. 4,80,000/-. The application fee is of Rs. 10,000/-. The students who got admission through the entrance exam they have to pay the fee around Rs. 1,50,000/- per year. If you score SGPA above 8 then you will receive cash back of 40% on your tuition fee and if you score above 9 CGPA then you will receive cash back of 50% on your tuition.

The faculty members of my course in PESU University Bangalore have done Masters or Ph.D in their respective field. Some teachers us blackboard method during the first year. Most of the teachers use PPT method which is provided by the University. The lectures taken by the teachers are good and you can approach them if you have any doubt. There will be a mentor for every student.

The campus has 3 to 4 buildings. Every block has 1 or more than canteen and food stalls. The canteens are very well maintained and the food is very affordable. Classrooms are decent in size and have the seating capacity of around 90 students. The live classes are also available in the University. The campus has 3 to 4 huge libraries with adequate space and has various kinds of books. The University provides sports facilities to the students. My favorite part of the campus is the Basketball courts as I spend my half of my time there. Overall, the infrastructure of this University is amazing.

My campus life till now in PESU Bangalore is amazing. The University has best crowd as compared to other Universities. There is wide variety of clubs for every domain and every course. The students can join this clubs as per their interest. I am also a part of the clubs. The University organise various hackathons and orientation program. It organise Fresher’s party and Garba night every year. My overall campus life has been amazing.
