My Views for PES College of Engineering

Overall Rating
See I’ve been in this college since a year and a lot of things have come to my realization in this, I joining this college was a pure accident. I got to this college through an entrance exam called KCET, and yeah I got selected in the last round which is the third round.
 

Academics Rating
See as I told you guys I got to this college through KCET and the fees structure for me is like 1.25 lakh per year and I’m enrolled to a course called Information Science. My branch is kind of unique because we only have one section whereas other branches have multiple sections. Basically our student to teacher ratio is less which is kind of good.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty over here has their own way of teaching, like many teachers teach in the native language which is Kannada so it might be difficult for the students who are from the north. So this can be a problem for north students who are joining this college.
 

Placement Rating
Yeah we do have a placement cell in your institute. It helps us to indulge in various training and placement classes.
 

Hostel Rating
I'm not really from the hostel so I don't know much about it.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are like all the common branches in our college just like any other college. The most interesting part is that every branch has its own block, meaning that they have their own building. We also have a golden jubilee block where the first year student's study.
 

Campus Rating
One of the main events that is organised in our college is PESCO. If you are a fresher you will see the fresher's party and if you are the final year student you will be having the farewell party, and you will also be having department fest.

    Currently, I am a second year student at PES College of Engineering. It's not my dream college. I entered this college through Karnataka State Entrance Exam. To be honest the infrastructure is quite old but the ambience is good as everywhere you will find greenery.     This college is very good. They provide good environment to study. You will get every type of books and magazines in the library and it is very quiet place. We get different type of food here.     Overall best college as per sports and academic. It puts a lot of effort on sports and curriculum activities. But the placement is on a little bit lower side. Average package is 3-4 lakh and highest is 14 lakh. Students and teachers are friendly.... Read Full Review

    The institute gave us a great opportunity. From our first year, we could work in our interested area. The sports facilities are better than other colleges in the area. The faculty and staff are very helpful. As I am from the north, many people said I will face racism in the south, but in this college, there is nothing like that.     I would say that our college is good location wise, but it has small campus and no canteen after 5 pm. There is not much of a college life here, and rules are strict here.
