College Life in IIIT Bhopal

Overall Rating
Overall it's an above average college. After all, you get this college by clearing the tough JEE exam so it can't be bad. It's a great college, despite the fact it doesn't have its own campus and runs inside the MANIT Bhopal campus. In few years it will have its own campus, then it will become an even better college.
 

Academics Rating
The academics here are very good. The syllabus taught is very new and related to the trend. It's designed in a very systematic way, that the students get both practical and theoretical knowledge about the subject. Also, here no extra subjects are taught only subjects that will help you build your future are taught. The overall academics are a 10/10.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties of this college are highly qualified, experienced and have good knowledge about their subject. Most of them have done their Ph.Ds from IITs, so this tells you how their experience in teaching will be. Sometimes NIT faculties come to teach us. The faculties are quite lenient and respectful towards the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have a training and placement cell in our institute, which is led by the training and placement officer. It does help the students to get placement and internship opportunities by inviting companies into the college.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we do have residential facilities in our institute. It is provided outside the MANIT campus in RGPV Bhopal. Its campus is very big, so students get to enjoy playing in big grounds.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of our institute is in the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal. We get to use the labs, grounds, sports complex, etc. of the MANIT’s campus. Our own campus is under construction and will be completed by the end of 2025, which will add to our infrastructure.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life here at the Indian Institute of Information Technology is quite good as we get to enjoy the big of campus of MANIT, having 650 acres. We do have our own fests as well as we get to enjoy 3-4 fests of NIT Bhopal every year. We have our own annual sports fests and get to participate in inter IIIT events. The overall campus life here is great.

    So far till now, as a first year student, the overall experience is mixed because placement data and other things are great but it doesn't have a campus of its own so it runs inside Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) campus. As it currently in MANIT Bhopal, students get benefits like fests, sports activities, exhibitions, etc. Placements of this college are better than other IIITs. Although we don't have a permanent campus still, we have a campus at NIT Bhopal where we can access the requirements like lab, sports complex, canteens etc. And overall, we have a rich culture here where we can grow and foster our personality and explore different domains....
