Hansraj College Campus life is Fantastic

Hansraj College is a prestigious college of the Delhi University. It was established in 1948. It has garnered a reputation in both academic and extracurricular activities. The college has produced a lot of alumni who have made significant contributions in different fields. I got enrolled in this college in 2023 and have completed my 1st year successfully. It was really a great experience to be in this college as this was my dream college. I made many friends and had a lot of fun with them. I suggest others to go for this college as the faculty is quite good and the campus vibe is amazing.

This college provides lot of courses including the B.Sc program, B.Sc (Hons.), B.A. program, B.A. (Hons.), B.Com and many more. I am pursuing B.Sc (Physical Science with Chemistry). I have cleared the CUET exam in 2023 and got selected in this college. The eligibility is to pass 12th class to enter in undergraduate courses. I have an interest in Physics and Math. Both the subjects are in this program, so I chose this course.

I really appreciate the faculty of the Hansraj College. The teaching style of the professors is quite good. In my first year, I got good teachers who cover their syllabus wisely and on time. Though I don't know much about their background. We also attended labs, where we get to know about things practically. Overall, the faculty is good.

There are residential facilities in our college for both boys and girls. But I don’t stay in the hostels, so I don't know about the hostel life. However, the infrastructure is good.

The most fascinating thing about the Hansraj College is its infrastructure. The infrastructure of this college is so beautiful. There are three blocks in our college- Block A, Block B and Block C. Most of the classes of the Science courses are conducted in Block A. The labs are in Block B and the classes of Arts are conducted in Block C. Well equipped classes, science labs, library, sports complex, auditorium, seminar hall, cafeteria, computer labs and a medical room are included in the infrastructure.

The campus life at the Hansraj College is fantastic. This college provides ample of opportunities for personal growth, skill development and career advancement. Apart from the classes, there are various kinds of societies in our college through which the movement of crowd can be seen. Last year, Khelo Hansraj was conducted which was really fun. The Fresher’s and Farewell party are also conducted by the college. The fest, ‘Confluence’ was just amazing. I really enjoyed my 1st year and I’ll be further waiting for the journey of my college life.
