My Review on JIMS Vasant Kunj

Overall Rating
JIMS is a very popular college affiliated to the IPU University and has been praised for its BBA faculty and environment. So it was a pretty easy choice, choosing this specific college. The overall environment and growth in this college will definitely improve my networking in the Management field.
 

Academics Rating
BBA has always been my desired course because of my strong interest in Management. You have to write the entrance test of IPU (CET) and get the desired rank above 5000 (inside Delhi) to have your chances in this college. Because of JIMS reputation in its Management program and the reputation about its faculty I was pretty excited to join this college. This course is relatively easy and can be done even if you're not from the Commerce background.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is actually pretty easy going. They won’t be hard on you even if you're not performing well. They encourage participation in classes and also provide extra classes in case of any doubts during the lecture. You can engage with the professors for any doubts regarding anything related to the college.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are pretty good for the BBA degree with many good companies being invited by the placement cell like Accenture, Godrej, etc. The highest package is 8.5 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA for the BBA course. Students can opt to enter for placements or not.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is relatively small compared to other IPU colleges or DU, but the overall environment makes up for it. This college has Wi-Fi facilities, printing facilities, a lab and a library which is pretty well maintained. There are 2 canteens in this college, but the food is average.
 

Campus Rating
The crowd is mixed, so you have to find your own friend ground which matches your humor and way of thinking. There are a lot of societies in this college that can be very fun and knowledgeable depending on the circumstances. However, sports activities are quite minimal in this college. Fests happen monthly, while events specific to the societies happen weekly.

    Choosing JIMS VK for my undergraduate was the best option I could make. They provide us with excellent opportunities. I can bet that the exposure here in this college cannot be matched with any other college. A student should definitely look into JIMS VK for pursuing their undergraduate studies.     Jagannath International Management School is one of the topmost colleges affiliated with IP University. It's been awarded an 'A' grade by NAAC. The college offers 3 professional courses BA (JMC), BBA, and BCA. It required at least 50% in 10+2 for the common entrance test for admissions.     Established in 2003, Jagannath International Management School is affiliated to GGSIPU, Delhi. It is the 2nd best college of IPU for BJMC. The assignments and curriculum which you will get here will give you great exposure and experience of the media industry. Teachers once may not pay attention towards theoretical learning but they will take your lab classes very seriously.
