NIT Warangal Admissions based on JEE cut off and counselling by JoSAA

The main thing inspired me to join this college is the quality of education and availability of labs and faculty in the campus. The experience of the previous graduates inspired me a lot. As it is an institute of national importance it adds more value to its name. If you want to experience the quality education and more inspiration for self study and if you are interested in research you can definitely join here and previous year placements also made think about joining this institute.

The course I am pursuing here in the college is Mechanical Engineering. For joining this college you have to write an entrance exam called Joint Entrance Examination. Based on the rank you get in this exam there is a counseling process run by Joint Seat Allocation Authority where you have to give your preference order of colleges and branches. The main motive to join this college and branch is that I am interested in Physics and in this branch there is a lot of scope to do research. That is why I preferred this one.

The faculty that are here to teach you are Ph.D graduates and a lot experienced who are mainly focused on the research. Most of them are graduated from premier institutions like Indian Institute of Technology, and others. The availability of faculty is decent and the way of teaching the subject is very good.

Yeah we have placement cell called Centre for Career Planning and Development. It is very useful for getting placement and it teaches many things that are required for industries. The placements are done through this cell.

Yeah we have residential facilities in our institute. There are many hostel blocks for students residing in the college for both girls and boys separately. Mostly the hostel rooms are of double occupancy. The facilities that are provided in the hostel room are fan, table, chair, lan connection and a cot. The infrastructure is good and they are continuously renovating the old hostels.

The infrastructure of the new buildings is excellent and most of the buildings are old but renovated and equipped with full facilities. The labs here are also fully equipped with the needed equipment. The library here is very big and you will find many books that are required in academic and non academics fields. Daily needed items can be purchased form store in campus and various food item shops are also available there.

The campus life is enjoyable here with a lot of greenery and clean maintenance with less pollution and more peace. The college intake per year is around 1200 students as we have different academic programs but our college is big enough. The sports facility is also very good. There are two fests that are conducted every year namely Technozian and Spring spree that are conducted in odd semester and even semester respectively. Technozian is the technical fest and Spring spree is cultural fest where you can see many celebrities. There are many clubs that functions under students and based on the interest any one can join the club and many engagement activities like yoga, swacch campus campaign, etc. are also conducted here.
