PER Bhopal: Experience Staff and Better Placements

I was a postgraduate student (MBA) of IPER Bhopal. I am glad to share my experience about my institute. Of course, every student is different from one another. I chose this institute as best one for MBA in Bhopal. The campus and all the facilities are so good. The staff and management are friendly & supportive. I am glad to be the part of this institute. It also provides good placement opportunities with higher CTC. It also has affordable fee structure for MBA in the city.

Academics are excellent. In IPER, all the students are treated equally. It has all courses, which allows students to perform better in their jobs. There is no specific entry requirement. You just have to apply for admission and visit. In case of eligibility, the students who have graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.A, or any other field can apply for admission in this course. There was also P1 & P2 list for the students who are unable to maintain 60% of attendance. Hence, maintaining 60% attendance was essential. This was very good technique to make the student regular and attentive.

There are 100+ faculties in IPER. All the faculties are regular and punctual in taking classes. They provide all the necessary notes and information regarding studies. Reading/ E- resources are disseminated and course is covered on time. All the faculties are highly qualified and experienced in corporate field. On Sunday, they used to take online classes, which were engaging, and discussion based. The teachers used teaching aids such as PPTs, AV aids, and various others. Faculties pay attention to the students who are facing difficulty in academic, assignments, and presentations. Institute’s staff is also helpful and accessible. Students were provided with mentors who guide them regarding the placement. Every faculty has a unique style of teaching, which was understandable. In every week, there was a case study session for 2 to 3 hours.

Placements are fine in IPER. Yes, there is a placement cell at the institution. Good companies come here. Placement process is not very difficult and if you really deserve it then you will crack the interview. Overall, 50% students are placed and 50% are not, including those who took Finance as HRM. Overall companies come with high package also and deserving position. At the end, everything depends on you and your efforts. I hope it brings recruiters of various domains so that all the students can get jobs.

No, hostels facilities were provided by IPER institute.

Infrastructure of the institute is very good. There are two blocks in MBA campus, one is technical block where 1st to 4th sections are there and PGDM Bhopal, where 5th to 8th section as there. Institute also has separate UG campus. The gardens in the institute are beautiful, Washrooms, water purifiers, canteen, and classrooms are well maintained. The computer lab is good and library is excellent. It has all the necessary books for the students.

I am glad that I was part of this institute. Those were one of the best days of my life and I will remember them forever. I have had great time during my 2 years of MBA journey. I met many new people, made friends, and enjoy the campus life. There is club. Institute also organizes fests like Tarang and many more. Overall, my institute has a thriving community that nurtures academic, personal, and professional growth, making it an ideal place to learn & grow yourself.
