A student's honest review on IIT Indore

Overall Rating
Overall, considering academics, faculty, infrastructure, accommodation, social life, and placements, IIT Indore is one of the best choices. As for now I completed my B.Tech 1st year in IIT Indore, and I am very happy about the infrastructure and lectures. Choosing between other branches of IIT than CSE in IIT Indore is not that useful. It is best to choose wisely.
 

Academics Rating
As per academics, it entails the modern academic structure provided by the government. I have chosen CSE branch and all branches are good as told by my friends. There are various clubs too to encourage yourself and compete with others.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are very good and well experienced. You will always be around lecturers to help you in your studies. The classes and the presentations by the lecturers are perfect and help you a lot. Most lecturers are well experienced and worked in various colleges mastering in their disciplines.
 

Placement Rating
As far as my seniors told me, students are eligible for placement in 8th semester and internship in 6th semester. Companies that visit every year are Google, Goldman Sachs and Accenture. They offer roles in software development and also in core engineering. The highest offer made last year is of 68 LPA for ADE profile and average package was about 26 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facilities are very good. The hostel rooms are very awesome having a sufficient room space. The rooms are well designed as well.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus infrastructure is very great and it is best of all IITs, with great and modern infrastructure combined. It has buildings like hostels, mess, lecture hall, and auditorium that are at a walking distance from one another. A beautiful sports complex is under construction and an Inter IIT is going to happen this year.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life is amazing for me till now. Seniors will be very helpful and respectful to you. Academic life and sports life will make you fit and allow you to interact with many people increasing your communication skills. Campus is beautiful and you can enjoy your life here.

    IIT Indore is one of the best institutions of India. It is well known for its beautiful and futuristic infrastructure. Apart from infrastructure, academics of the institute are also best. The institute follows the curriculum of IIT Bombay as it is mentored by IIT Bombay. According to my rank, I was getting core branches in 2nd generation IITs, so I decided to choose IIT Indore because of its campus life and placements.   • IIT Indore – An amazing institute for research

    IIT Indore has a beautiful campus and phenomenal infrastructure. It is of 500+acres with all greenery here and 200 acres of forest. We have 5 hostels which are not less than 5 star hotels. The institute has amazing and helpful faculties and they all are supportive. Seniors are pretty friendly here.... Read Full Review

    It's although my first visit but it’s actually beyond my expectations. I couldn't believe such a college and a vibrant life. Here the most wonderful site is its infrastructure and academics. It also has such a campus that out of daily hustle you can breathe your soul in the lap of nature. Its beauty, the professors, staff members, and security members all are very helpful.
