My Journey at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra

Overall Rating
My Overall experience of the university is excellent. I enjoyed a lot during my campus Life. The academics and teaching quality of the professors in the university is also good. I choose this university because the ranking of this university and mainly some of the friends and seniors suggest me to take admission in this university.
 

Academics Rating
The course duration is two years long and is divided into four semesters. Each semester focuses on a different aspect of teaching methods and education. The final semester is usually reserved for practical experience and training in teaching at a school. The motive for enrolling in this program is to serve a good education to students in government sectors.
 

Faculty Rating
The teacher teach us professionally and the faculty teach both theory and practically. Some of the faculty's have experience of more than 30 years and Some faculty is newly joined and some are guest faculty. They also pay great deal of attention to the academics and learning of the students.
 

Placement Rating
No, our university doesn't provide the placement. You have to work over finding the suitable job for yourself.
 

Hostel Rating
The university provides the hostel facilities but they are not up to the mark and need a lot of improvement. The mess food of the university is quality wise average and cheap in price. Students celebrate every festival in the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the university old and has very wide range of area. The road around the university is good. Some of the new buildings are under construction. The toilets are well cleaned and properly maintained by the workers regularly.
 

Campus Rating
The Campus life is good. During free time, I along with my friend decided to explore the Taj Mahal and enjoy night life without any restriction. Ii also organizes events for the entertainment of the students. The Campus has greenery so there is fresh air.

    Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University turned out to be much better than I expected. Initially, I was hesitant but it has become a good University for studies and activities. I chose this University because it has good infrastructure and facilities compared to other government colleges and that too at a nominal fee.     Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University Agra is a state government university established in 1927. University is also recognized by the University Grant Commission. Since it is a government university hence fee is minimal. For the Bachelor of Science students fee is 15000 per year and Students can also apply for the scholarship of 24000 on the Uttar Pradesh Scholarship Portal.
