My overall experience is good because the reasons for which I chose this university were infrastructure, good college life, and events. If I talk about the crowd it’s mediocre. I found good studious and ambitious people here. My experience is good because I love to balance my studies and enjoyment part which is totally justified here at Bennett University.

My course is B.Tech CSE; the minimum requirement for enrollment of this course is the minimum 75% in 12 boards. They also provide scholarship on the basis of boards percentage and JEE Mains score. I got 50% scholarship because of 96%ile in JEE, but this is only for the first year as it gets canceled if you fail to get more than 8 CGPA in 2nd year and so on. My motive for enrolling in the exam was the interest in the field of computer science which is the fastest growing market currently.

Faculty is reachable and decent unless you have a bad luck and mostly are Ph.D scholars from IITs and NITs that is true. All faculty members list their mail and cabin numbers so it is quite reachable and their teaching style is very subjective to what teacher we get. Mostly my teachers are pretty good in resolving doubts and problem solving although some faculties are not that good when it comes to coding subjects.

Yes, we have a placement cell in the institute which helps the students who are good enough to sit into placement. The problem is we have a lot of crowd and mostly are under skilled, so placement percentage is respectively bad. Anyways those who genuinely study do get the placements and opportunities here. A lot of hackathon have been conducted here. I am a fresher and still I got into 2 coding events.

Hostel facilities are great. It is triple sharing hostel but the infrastructure is good, and the facilities such as lifts and maintenance are really great in comparison to other universities. the cleaning service works well on mail, All the rooms are centrally air-conditioned, we have common rooms and no in and out timing is applied to the hostel, common indoor play areas are available which includes the pool, snookers, table tennis, area to chill and enjoy, etc.

The best part about this college is its good infrastructure. It’s just a bit crowded but facilities just as libraries and study areas are good. I myself spent 15 hours out in the campus daily mostly in the lecture halls that are sound proof with Mics, and mostly time in LRC the learning resource center. It is a building dedicated to the study area which opens from 9 AM to 11 PM. Good sports facilities with indoor and outdoor badminton courts, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, football, squash, table tennis, 2 gyms, cricket ground, etc. are also available in the campus.

The campus life is great here. A lot of events are organised here. There are different active clubs in the university. There is large student body student council and cabinet that organises various events and fests. They also call good artists from whole country in Euphoria and the crowd is very diverse. Overall it is a good experience and I am enjoying a lot here.
