Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU) is one of India's 3 central agricultural universities. The most important thing about this university is that it enjoys the central government's funding and autonomy, ensuring high-quality academic standards and infrastructure. The most important advantage of this university is lots of facilities with minimum fees of 8880/- INR per semester in B.Sc (Hons.) courses.

RLBCAU offers bachelor's degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Natural Farming, Fisheries, and Animal Sciences. Apart from this, it also offers numerous PG courses like Extension, Agricultural Economics, Vegetable Science, Agro Forestry, Pathology, Plant Breeding, Microbiology, and Soil Science. The admission is done through CUET ranking (500-2000 AIR). Eligibility for admission is 50% marks in 10+2 with at least three subject combinations out of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Agriculture. The motive for enrolling in this course is to get an excellent opportunity to learn about agriculture and allied courses with lots of practical and fieldwork.

Teachers are well-qualified in their respective fields, and all are Ph.D holders. They are supportive, very kind and helpful to students. They conduct classes regularly and always solve our doubts. They teach in such a way that is easier to understand and relevant to the needs of the students.

Placements are still not available as it is a new college and still in a developing phase, but soon in few years, they are planning to introduce campus placements in seeds and agro-tech industries.

With such a low cost, the hostel facility is amazing, room is wide and spacious which is enough for 3 students per room. Facilities are provided such as cold purified water, a cooler, bed, desk, chairs, two fans per room, and 24/7 electricity supply. Rooms are well furnished and painted to suit the study-friendly environment.

The infrastructure is the best feature of this college. Classrooms have centralized AC smart boards, desks, and chairs. The classrooms are spacious enough for 50 students. 11 lifts are installed in an academic building and all-time WIFI facility is also available in the campus. The library is beautiful and has numerous books. E-library facility is available in the university. A doctor is provided on the campus for providing free treatment.

Campus life is awesome. As it is a central university, students from different states are admitted to this college, it provides an opportunity to learn new cultures and languages. Kisan Mela and other festivals are organized regularly which allows interaction with farmers. Sports ground is available and has all the sports equipment.
