IIT Bombay - The Dream Institute

Overall Rating
IIT Bombay has an excellent campus life and culture which provides a great exposure to students. Along with this, it has great faculties and study facilities. There are a lot of extracurricular activities available in IIT Bombay. The sports facilities are of top league along with this, there are various clubs through which you could do your hobbies and learn new things.
 

Academics Rating
IIT Bombay provides a number of academic programs in which B.Tech is one of them, for getting admission in B.Tech program, one has to clear JEE Advanced exam and get selected through JOSAA counseling. The cutoff for different B.Tech programs is different. B.Tech includes programs such as Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, etc.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties or professors in IIT Bombay are highly qualified in their fields and have done great researches. Their teaching style focuses on understanding the concepts of the subjects. The faculties also conduct class participation activities for making the class interesting and engaging the students. There are also highly equipped labs in IIT Bombay which provide great learning experience to the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a placement cell in IIT Bombay. It really helps students by guiding them and informing them about the procedures of placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the institute has residential facilities. The hostel life of the institute is great. There are a lot of recreational activities in hostel for the students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The institute has great lecture hall complexes. It has a many lecture halls which are equipped with projector screens, LED screens, charger points one every bench, Wi-Fi facilities, etc. There are also many labs in the institute which have high class equipment and machinery which enable students to learn deeply. Institute also has many seminar halls for events.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life of IIT Bombay is one of the best in the country. It has various clubs through which students can learn new skills, hobbies and utilize their time nicely. These include singing, dancing, music, acting, comedy clubs, tech clubs, coding clubs, web development clubs, etc. There are tech fests held in IIT Bombay which provides opportunities and a great environment for tech enthusiasts. Events like Mood Indigo are also held every year and are very popular in the country.
