My Journey at Andhra University

Overall Rating
I firstly prefer this university for its good standards government University in the state. The university is built in the middle of the city of destiny Vizag. This university has very good connectivity to the city through transportation like bus and train. I am studying at Andhra University’s Engineering college. It consists of 6 different colleges. It recently got NAAC A++ grading. I suggest others to join in this university to get lectures from senior faculties, good infrastructure, low expenses as compared to private college or universities and get certificate with high standards.
 

Academics Rating
For joining the Engineering College of Andhra University, we have mainly two ways: for locals MCET and Mains exams with get good ranks and ACET exam conducted by Andhra University to get the seat. For diploma students, ECET exam is conducted so that they can get lateral entry.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here has with completed their PhDs. They all are very good having years experience (like 15 to 35 years experience of teaching). They are very well and good knowledge about the subject and teach to us very good.
 

Placement Rating
We have placement cell at our university. Most of the students get the placement with good packages. My seniors are also got good placements.
 

Hostel Rating
We have residential facilities in our university. Our boy’s and girl’s hostels are very comfortable for students. The mess too good food is good but the hostel management can work over improving the mess menu by adding more variety. The fee is sufficient good as mess charges come down to Rs. 70 to 80 per day and accommodation fee is around Rs. 10000 per annum. The infrastructure of the hostels was designed and built during British era. Hence, it is of good quality.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The overall infrastructure of the university is good and it was in the British era. Some departments and administration blocks are still from British time. Hence, they are looking fine yet beautiful and hold years of history. The stores and other type of necessities for the students will be available here.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is very important to all students. We definitely enjoy a lot here along with studies. It gives a lot of memories to our campus life. In the Engineering college, there are many auditoriums here and fests are conducted many times in each academic year. There is no less of entertainment through fests, flash mobs, traditional & religious fests and social activities in this university.

    The environment is very good. The academics here are excellent. The faculty is well trained and fully experienced. They help the students in pursuing their goals.     It is one of the prestigious universities in Andhra Pradesh. It was a roller-coaster journey being in this university. The faculty here is very experienced and the way they deliver education to students is very good. They explain in a way students understand. The infrastructure of university is good.     Andhra University is one of the best colleges in the country and it the well recognized institution. Andhra University is located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in the year 1926. It has received a score of 3.74 out of 4 and graded with A++ by NAAC. My choice of choosing Andhra University is that, it is one of the oldest and best public institutions.     Andhra University College of Engineering is very large in area and is located at the centre of the city. It is one of the best colleges to opt for pursuing higher education.
