When I was studying in Class 12th, I got to know about this University. One of seniors was also studying here. Then, after completion of my 12th standard, when I was searching for Universities I asked that sister about which is better for UG program in Engineering, 1st name that popped up in her was this University. She said the faculty is good as they are teaching well and she gave me all the details about the University. In the end, I am lucky to be part of this University.

I have chosen Computer Science & Engineering with specialisation in AI and ML. I have chosen this particularly course because there are lot of job opportunities and huge demand. To join in this University we have to write LPUNEST exam. As for the admission process, we have to visit University official website (Online mode) & fill the form. Students can also go to the admission department of the University directly & follow further instructions. Exams are more frequent in this course. The academics are giving me knowledge to create solutions for real-world problems. In each semester, there will be section change.

The actual fee for this course is Rs. 1,80,000/-. I got scholarship so my fee became Rs. 1,10,000/- per semester. Rs. 1,00,000/- is my hostel fee and Rs. 45,000/- is my mess fee.

At the Engineering department of the LPU Jalandhar, teachers are teaching well. If we have any doubts, they will explain and clarify our doubts. The problem solving ability of the faculty members is so good. Coming to teacher student ratio in University, students are more than teachers are. I have a very good bonding with faculty members not with all the teachers but with some of the teachers.

There are many placement opportunities in this University. We have to study well and maintain a good CGPA to be placed in good companies with attractive packages. There will be placement drives for 4th year students & before that, they will give special coaching so that they perform excellently at the drives.

There are residential facilities available inside the University. I have taken 3 seater non-AC room. Girls are not allowed to go outside hostel after 8 PM.

The campus is very huge and the infrastructure is excellent. Classrooms are very good. There is a big library inside the University where we can study during free time. The environment inside the campus is very nice. Campus is covered with so many trees and the atmosphere is also good. My favorite pace inside the campus is law block there will be so many trees and plants in spring season lots of varieties of flowers will be there.

I got new friends. The faculty is good and we can learn many things from this University. There is a huge crowd in the University and there will be so many events if we are interested then we can participate and there are many clubs in which we can join so that we will get some benefits also. My University is good & I am enjoying very well as well as studying too.
