My Perspective of Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences,

Overall Rating
I have done my BBA and yearly fee was 80k. As per my experience, university is good with well qualified faculties. Overall, it a nice university.
 

Academics Rating
For admission, it conducts entrance. Students can also get information through management quota. So taking admission here is not a problem. During 1st year, department conducts Industrial visit. If you work hard in studied, you will get through it without difficulty.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is good and supportive. They tend to provide help and assistance in assignments and demand them on time. They are bit strict during exams.
 

Placement Rating
Placements in the university can be improved. Few companies come for the placement drive and provide the average package of 3.5 LPA. Most of these companies are of sales department. Last year only few companies visited the campus like Byju's, Jio and few local companies of the city.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, university has its own hostels. These hostels have decent facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Overall infrastructure is good. Classrooms have basic facilities. There are total 6 canteens available which provide snacks and other food items. Sports facilities are decent. Every department has its own library. The central library of the university is newly built as almost all the books that are required for better learning. The facilities can be enhanced in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good. Events are conducted on the department as well as university level. Sports day, marathons, etc. are organized from time to time. University also had many clubs like photography, environment, Tech, Sports, etc. If you are into extracurricular activities, there are tons of opportunities for you.

    Overall, my experience at SHUATS Prayagraj is good. The 4-year of campus life is like a rollercoaster ride where I went through lot of ups & downs. The campus is very big, you have to walk a long way to reach to your University/Department to the classroom. The faculty and professors are very helpful throughout the academics. There will be many conferences, University, & departmental events, etc. where you can participate in any of them as an extra-curricular activity.... Read Full Review

    My overall experience was good. Teachers were friendly and knowledgeable. The infrastructure of the university is great, and it has a beautiful garden, but the management is not up to the mark. The fee structure is quite expensive for B.Com and the difficultly level of the examination is average. Teacher and student ratio is 1:30 and students have a friendly nature here.... Read Full Review

    At first, I was worried as a South Indian girl going into a university in Uttar Pradesh. But when I got into this university then I realised this university is completely safe despite being in a high crime rated area and the education provided here is completely practical knowledge by experienced professors where they provide real knowledge and even the surroundings environment inside the college is really beautiful and fascinates us in every season throughout the year....
