BRAC doesn't require any entrance exam. The college comes under Delhi University and is a very good college. Most of the people who live near the outskirts of Delhi take admission in this college as it is located in Wazirabadh. You may find many people who would say that the college is not good enough but the fact is that it is a decent college. Though it is an off campus college it has all the facilities of a good college. The most important part is that BRAC has a cutoff lower than the other Delhi University colleges. So if you missed out a bit in scoring good marks then you can rely upon BRAC if you want to study in Delhi and get a graduation or post graduation degree from Delhi University.

The University of Delhi is known for its world class education. Though there are many top notch colleges in the university our college is also not less. You may find some foreign students in the college too. If you have concerns about the teaching staff then let me assure you that all the professors have at least a PhD degree. Which means that the teachers are well established and have a firm hold on their subjects. There are all the courses available in the college which one aspires for but just like other colleges our college also has some special courses for which it has recognition.

As I mentioned above that almost all the professors and teachers are PhD holders in their respective subjects, there is no question of doubt on their skills. Apart from qualifications if you want to know about the behavior and conduct of the staff, then you can expect a very supportive and true to the word faculty. Both the teaching and non teaching staff is very supportive. I know one of my friends who were from a different state and were finding it difficult to get a place to stay but one of his subject teachers helped him get a good place near the college and arranged for a mess service. This is not the only example, there are many such instances with myself, my close ones and seniors too.

Our university has a placement cell too, but to be honest you should not rely completely upon them. The reason why I said so is because the number of placements available is limited but the students willing to apply is very huge. Instead of going for a placement directly try pitching internships first, as having a good amount of experience before hand and that too during the college life itself will help you ensure a good job later when you pass out. As like most of the colleges BRAC also has a dedicated internship cell which keeps on updating us with the latest internship options.

One of the key negative points about our college is the hostel. BRAC has no hostel facility but you can definitely find good PGs and flats in the nearby area. Most of the outsiders who belong to our college generally find a place to live near or in the areas like Bhajanpura and Yamuna Vihar. Also, we recommend you to find a place near the above mentioned areas as the nearby area of the college is not too good. There is also no nearby food joint from where you can have a meal in the evening. If you choose to live just across the college then you'll have a tough time adjusting in the area and finding a good mess, Tiffin or dhaba service for your daily meals.

When it comes to infrastructure all the colleges of Delhi University are excellent. BRAC has a very big campus; probably the biggest ground of Delhi University is possessed by Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, Delhi. Apart from the ground you can also find huge auditorium, democracy wall and other hubs which are suitable to hang out with your friends and casual college meet ups.

The campus is pretty huge and is very well maintained by the administration. However you may find some interior parts of the college quite shady but its okay. Though there is not much facility near the college, you can rely upon a good connectivity network. As our college has Gokulpuri metro station just at a 3 minute walking distance. Earlier it was a huge issue but now after the metro line and construction of over bridge just across the college campus has made the students access quite easy.
