My Honest Opinion on MMU, Ambala

Overall Rating
In my opinion, Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University) Mullana is the best and not so expensive university with sufficient facilities. It provides many opportunities in various fields without any type of discrimination among the students. It has the best rank in Engineering as well as other courses across India.
 

Academics Rating
Currently, I am pursuing my Civil Engineering from this university, and I think it's a good choice for me. In my course, instead of core subjects there are also some other subjects which are approved by AICTE. If any student has passed his senior secondary education with 60% marks, then they are eligible for admission in the Engineering courses.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculties of my branch are well educated and humble. They teach us theoretical as well as practical subjects. All faculties are Ph.D qualified and well experienced. Our teachers explain each and every topic in Hindi and in English. Faculties use PPT, smart board and another innovative ways to explain the concepts.
 

Placement Rating
Honestly, the placements are not the best but are satisfactory. There's a Placement Cell which works dedicatedly and also takes daily classes for improving the chances of the students’ employability.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels of MMU are really amazing. It is occupied with all the facilities like fully green environment, sweepers for cleaning, Wi-Fi and CCTV cameras.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of MMU, Ambala is fully satisfactory for all the students. Every year, each and every building is renovated. The surrounding is fully green with different types of plants. The whole university is also very neat and clean. All the buildings and outside area are fully occupied with the cameras to ensure our safety.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is amazing. The university hosts many events for us. These events are organised at very large scale. There are many students from different countries so the environment among students is diverse that makes my university a really good platform to gain more knowledge not only about the academics but also about diverse ideas and cultures.
