In the year 2023 Students of Maharishi Markandeshwar University Mullana, Ambala got direct campus placements in top companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Tech Mahindra and more.
Due to enough capacity and knowledge of the students on practical and professional aspects of the education they’ve been imparted, the placement records at MMU have straightened and improved over all these years. Along with degrees, MMU focuses on skill management due to which on-campus placement has never been an issue. In order to work better on placement strategies, the institute has a placement cell which works for all the endeavours of the students as a whole.
The students of placement cell focus on achieving academic as well as skill excellence. Students are a part of counselling sessions and orientations just after they become a part of the MMU community for their better development and understanding of the University’s functionality, co-curricular initiatives and other projects.
The placement record of Maharishi Markandeshwar University keeps on improvising with the introduction to modern and more efficient strategies. The placement record of 2016 batch was 75% which later became 84 % in 2017 and finally was 87% in 2018. The highest package offered in 2018 was 24 Lakh which also has improvised form 9 Lakh in 2016 to 18 Lakh in 2017. The number of companies visiting MMU last year was around 133 which is a pretty great deal for a private University.
