My college experience in Shri Shikshayatan College had been quite a rollercoaster throughout. First of all, the college has a number of choices to provide students with, so that they can choose whichever interests them the most. The location of the college is in the centre of the city and the area also has a lot of facilities. Every member in the college has always provided us with the best of what they could, be it the principal, the office staff, or the professors. It also gives us many opportunities, to be a member of the clubs, especially the NSS and LTS. Students take part in different fests happening across various colleges in the city, and a lot more. Moreover, it is a nice college with a lot of facilities and opportunities to provide one with.

I was a B.Sc Hons. (Mathematics) student and our professors have always been very helpful to us. The library has a vast collection of books which one can refer to in order to clear all their doubts. Also, the college hosts different sessions including active learning sessions which makes learning an easy task for all. The college makes sure to provide us with the best academic facilities.

Maths is definitely hard to crack but the professors in the college have always made it so easy for us. They have always challenged their abilities and stepped out of their own comfort zones to meet the new trends and make learning interesting for their students. Also, the office staff is so helpful with every little thing.

Yes, there is a Placement Cell here and the teacher in-charge is also very helpful. They provide placements for students of all subjects and in various companies and MNCs.

The college has a great infrastructure with a fully air-conditioned building; the washrooms are very clean which is always a major requirement for all the girls. The canteen has a lot of food options to provide with and it is all fresh and tasty too at affordable rates. The classrooms are quite spacious, providing with a number of laptops for each student. The auditorium is quite big for all the programs to be held there.

The college being an all-girls' College is first of all a plus point for girls who have always wanted one. It is one of the top girls' Colleges in the city and the crowd is really amazing. The college has its own set of different seminars, fests, and different competitions for various activities. The college also takes part in fests happening in all other colleges of the city, which makes it easier to connect with people outside the college too. The college has a separate room for all the sports and another separate room for indoor activities.
