I have chosen Presidency University because of its quality of undergraduate education in diverse courses like Engineering, Law, Business Admission, Computer Application, Design to list a few. This university provided me a good exposure in developing my professional and interpersonal skills. It has a positive and an inclusive campus environment for students, which in turn paves way for their career development.

I am currently pursuing BA LLB (Hons.), a 5 year integrated program of Law and this is a dual degree course under the School of law, Presidency University. Presidency University's School of law was ranked 16th among the best law colleges in India according to the IIRF Rankings in 2023. School of Law also offers integrated courses such as BBA, LLB, B.Com LLB, LLM, etc. One should qualify their 10+2 to pursue these courses.

Faculty in are professionals in the legal field who have completed their LLM and some of them have even completed their PhD in various fields of Law. Faculty here gives wide scope of guidance to students in the field of Law as the faculty here is from National Law Universities and other renowned Law Universities. The faculties here also help students with the development of professional skills such as research work, paper presentations, seminars, debates, moot court competitions, etc.

Presidency University has a placement cell for every department and faculty coordinators will be working on the same to ensure good placements for students.

Presidency University has residential facilities for both boys and girls which ensures safety and security. It offers double and triple sharing rooms with good food, well maintained hygiene, housekeeping, Wi-Fi facilities and transport.

My University has a pleasant and an inclusive campus environment with nice infrastructure. Every department here has a block and well maintained digital class rooms with a library for everyone department which gives access to the students by providing wide range of books. The students accessed with Wi-Fi for their research work. The campus ensures safety and security for students.

The overall campus life here is so good. Other than education, it also encourages students in extracurricular activities. Every department here has clubs and committees of various fields. School of Law has various committees such as the Debating Society, Moot court association, ADR cell, Legal services clinic, Pro bono club, etc. The department of student affairs in the university organizes many other extracurricular activities through various clubs like dance, music, instruments club, gaming clubs, etc. These committees and clubs provide students with invaluable opportunities for skill building, networking, and developing leadership qualities and foster a sense of community.
