Beautiful Campus of Kurukshetra University

Overall Rating
The overall experience of Kurukshetra University is good. It is A plus graded university by NAAC. The university campus is very large, covering approximately 500 acres of land and is very beautiful. The teachers here are all very sweet and helpful. There is a university market where all the basic things are available.
 

Academics Rating
The university offers 4 and 5 year B.Tech course in different fields. The students can take admission on the basis of their JEE Mains rankings. According to the ranking, students are given admission in different specializations of B.Tech. Admission in Computer Science stream is very hard.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of the university is very good. All the teachers are well educated and PhD holders in their respective subjects. Not only are they very helpful in academics but also help students financially (if there is a student who is financially weak). All the staff members behave very gently towards the students.
 

Placement Rating
Approximately 70 percent of students got placed in many companies last year. Many companies like Maruti, Wipro, etc. visit the campus every year. The highest package was around 12 LPA by Maruti.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels of the university are very good. There are different hostels for boys and girls. Many modern day facilities are available like Wi-Fi and purified water. Mess food quality is also average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The classrooms are nice, neat and clean. The buildings are new and are maintained properly. Classrooms are good with well-maintained desks and modern day facilities like Wi-Fi, etc. There is a central library where students can issue books with just their student ID. There is a university market inside the campus.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life of the university is quite good. The university is very beautiful with a lot and trees and greenery everywhere. There a lot of clubs and annual fests are held every year. Many singers and celebrities also visit the campus. Last month, 'Talent Show' was also held where students show their talents like singing, mimicry, etc.

    Faculty members are very kind and helpful. The exams are conducted on regular basis. It is ranked 700-751 in the Asian University (Rankings 2023) and ranks 41 in the State University category.     Kurukshetra University is a State Government University funded by Haryana Government. It's located in Kurukshetra, Haryana. The campus area of the University is approximately 500 acres and it's very beautiful with flowers and trees everywhere. A museum Dharohar is also in the University.
