Co-operative faculties at Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College

Overall Rating
The overall experience is good. The labs are well-equipped and maintained and the faculty is quite helpful. All the professors are knowledgeable and helpful in academics and also other aspects. The college ground is well maintained and includes sports like football, cricket, basketball and sports facilities. Hostel is also available. The seniors are not arrogant and are quite helpful.
 

Academics Rating
I am studying B. Tech, Computer Science and I am quite happy with the outcomes. The student should have a rank below 30000 in WBJEE to be eligible for studying this course and there are some required documents which should be submitted such as income certificate, major mark sheets, domicile certificate etc.
 

Faculty Rating
The college offers a variety of engineering disciplines with a focus on practical knowledge, research and skill development. The faculty is committed to helping the students with their career and giving them the best teaching experience and industrial exposure. They are very cooperative and help the students to improve their skills by giving them real-time scenarios.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college offers a good infrastructure to support the academic and extracurricular activities. It is well-equipped with classrooms, a Central library and respective departmental libraries. A stable Wi-Fi collection is also available throughout the college. There are good sports facilities for the students, especially football, basketball and cricket. The college also has tie-ups with a lot of industries which helps the students to gather practical knowledge.
 

Campus Rating
The College life is quite happening with a lot of cultural activities from different departments to tech competitions being organised. The campus has a canteen and a cafe. There are also many shaded areas for students to sit. The culture of ragging here is very less and the Fest is the best part which continues for 4 days, 2 days for tech fest and 2 days for the cultural fest.
