Life in Nirma University

Overall Rating
Overall, ILNU (Institute of Law Nirma University) is a good place academic wise. It provides you with wider opportunities from the very first semester and compels you into practical knowledge like internships. The attendance policy is strict.
 

Academics Rating
Academically, it is a good place, Moot courts, debates, and Arbitration find place for a student in the very first year. The focus on CGPA is good. Routinely, MCQs are held so that the students stay in contact with subjects. Assignments are of great help.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of subjects like Contract, Criminal, and Constitutional are great in Nirma University as they cover major subjects.
 

Placement Rating
With internships, students start to get PPOs from 3rd year only. Overall, the placement is average, but the hardworking student have placement in last year.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facilities are available only for girls. They have good food, and night canteen is available. Gates of hostels close at 11 PM.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is the thing that management needs to take care of. Although, ACs work perfectly. There are vending machines, and many canteens in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good in Nirma University. The city is good place for outings at night. There are good cafes and restaurants.

    Overall Rating
    We have a great faculty who are open to helping students at any point in time. I think future Law aspirants should definitely consider this university if what they want to do is something along the lines of Litigation and Judiciary. I chose the university since I only wanted to pursue B.Com.LL.B. I think the level of diversity in the university is interesting. I do not think that is something you can commonly find.     As a 2nd year B.Tech student at Nirma University, I can say that my experience here has been very fulfilling. The University has strong reputation for engineering, and it lives up to it in many ways. From academics to campus life, there is a good balance that makes the experience enjoyable and enriching.     My overall experience at Nirma University till now has been very awesome. The college has a great infrastructure and campus and is equipped with many student facilities. The course curriculum is nice and provides holistic knowledge to the students. The college gives practical exposure other than theoretical exposure.     Integrated BBA-MBA is a 5 year program. It is a diverse course that is spread across span of 5 years, 3 years of BBA and 2 years of MBA. The program covers basics of Finance, HR, and Marketing Management in BBA that helps in understanding and developing interest in these domains. The course also requires completion of 4 week social internship at the end of 1st year of BBA and corporate internship after that at end of every year.
