Good placement companies

Overall Rating
I am pursuing this course because I want to work in the Artificial Intelligence field, and I easily got the admission in the branch I preferred.
 

Academics Rating
The course curriculum is adopted from Punjab Technical University and the semester exams are moderately difficult. Each exam is worth 60 marks and 24 are the passing marks. The college also conducts classes for the development of the students and training for the placement.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers at this college are average and because of that students also have to focus on doing proper self-study.
 

Placement Rating
Many top companies visit the campus such as Infosys, IBM, Amazon, Autodesk, etc. These companies hire eligible students at a very good salary package.
 

Hostel Rating
In the hostel, every basic need of an average student is fulfilled effectively, like automatic washing machines are available for the whole day use. The food is served by the mess 4 times a day. Gym is also available.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Overall, the facilities are excellent. Wi-Fi is available 24x7. There are various academic blocks that are well-maintained with all the facilities that are essential for students such as spacious classrooms, well-equipped labs, playground, well-stocked library, etc. Classrooms are well-furnished, and each class has projectors for virtual learning. The library has lots of books; students can easily issue the books whenever they want.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, campus life is satisfactory and various activities are organised. Although, attendance policies are an issue sometimes.

    So I joined CGC University, Mohali back in 2023. Talking about the course curriculum, it is also good as they teach us about AI and Data Science & also the concepts related to it. The University receieved its University status in 2025.
