The overall experience at Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology, Vijayawada is like a dynamic journey of growth and discovery. It has ideal environment to transform raw potential into brilliance just like polishing the rough diamonds.

I am actually a CSE student. As per my experience, course and curriculum is well designed that complies with chosen branch. Our college provides a PDF of course structure and syllabus for each department specifically in our college website. There you can get more details about how courses are structured. Recently, management has started some AIML and DS specializations in CS. Academic standards are upto mark and are planned well. In addition, there are is an elective course that we can opt based on our interest for each semester. However, I felt like, there are some courses that do not comply with chosen field. it is autonomous college, it would be perfect if it replaces theory with practical projects to enhance deep learning and improve practical knowledge as well.

Faculties of PVPSIT are exclusively knowledgeable. Their professional teachings embark us on our learning journey. Some supportive and friendly faculties encourage interested students on their start-up ideas, creativity, researches, and innovative thinking. We have some "Innovation and Research Cell" for our campus, where faculty always layout their hands in support of students visionary. Management also does some support of initial investments if you have game-changing ideas and break-through innovations. Freedom of questioning to get clarity is highly offered.

Yes, we do have a placement cell in our institute. According to what I have heard from my passed out seniors, our college has a positive reputation for placements. It includes various companies in recruitment process like TCS, Wipro, AT&T, Cognizant, and Infosys. However, core branches like CSE, IT and Electronics have a higher priority in placements over other departments. Students are allowed for placements from the beginning of their 4th year. Maximum of students are benefitted from our placement cell based on their capability and performance. However, average packages range from 4 to 15 LPA based on their performance. Additionally, our institute supports various aptitude-training and coding workshops like smart interviews, etc., in collaboration with trainers of external networks for placement preparation.

Our institute provides both girl’ and boy’s hostels, separated by little distance and have transportation from hostel to college. I am not that aware of hostel as I am not a hostler. Nevertheless, as per what may have been told, it is actually good as a whole. If I need to mention particularly, Wi-Fi connectivity is comparatively poor than what we expect. Food and facilities are fine to adjust, so no worries. The hostel life is another vibe for creating remarkable memories for the lifetime right.

Infrastructure is well regarded with wide range varieties that excellence in both academics and entertainment. There is a central library. You have wide range of academics books, journals, novels, etc. Labs, systems, and classrooms are fine. Institute provides indoor and outdoor sport facilities, badminton, chess, basketball, caroms, table tennis, etc. There are various cultural, technical and fitness clubs like arts, literary, yoga, etc. On campus cafeteria is one of the likeable places with good hygiene and affordable food. Other amenities include solar panels, waiting halls for refreshments etc. However, College networks are not good. Wi-Fi’s are not stable.

Overall, campus life is actually noteworthy. It is vibrant and balanced with eco-friendly environment. Institute offers an enriching blend of academics, extra-curricular activities, and personal growth opportunities with community engagement. By engaging in various extracurricular activities, one can attain deluge of non-technical skills. There are various clubs and social welfare activities to indulge in. Students are encouraged for various hackathons and coding contests from outside. PVPSIT fosters innovation through initiatives like incubation center where budding entrepreneurs can bring their ideas to life.
