Sinhgad College of Engineering (SCOE) is ideal for self-motivated learners who take charge of their academics. While the college offers a platform for students to build their skills, a shortage of experienced staff has impacted the quality of education. Despite the teachers being approachable and supportive, low student attendance in lectures further hampers the learning environment. This creates an atmosphere where only proactive students, relying on self-study and external resources, can thrive. With better staff recruitment and increased student engagement, SCOE has the potential to regain its status as a leading engineering institute, rewarding those who put in consistent effort.

SCOE offers various courses allied with IT, Computer, E & TC, Civil, Production, Biotech, Mechanical, and Chemical field. One can take admission in this college through the scores of MHCET as well of JEE. Choose the field as per your interest and give your best that's what I can say about it.

Most of them hold Ph.D; well some new joiners are with the Masters Degree. The staff is quite good but now very less teachers are with good experience.

Yes, it offers placements. Recent year it wasn't well but from this year they started bringing companies in good numbers as a result the ratio of placed students is much better than the last year.

Yes, there are many hostels around the campus and facilities are good too.

Talking about the infrastructure, it's quite impressive. There are huge buildings for every department. The structure of buildings and classrooms is good. It’s clean and good. As per infrastructure you won't regret taking admission into SCOE.

There are lots of clubs like Prayas, NSS, SSC, etc. Various activities are arranged by them such as blood donation camp, cleanness activities, teaching and distribution of necessary things to poor students, tree plantation and many more.
