Overall Rating
As a B.Com student, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science is average institute. It provides courses like Aeronautical, Fashion Designing, Engineering, etc. The institute atmosphere and ambience are good. It needs to improve cleaning and maintenance. You can choose this institute to pursue a B.Com with good knowledge and experience
 

Academics Rating
I opted for B.Com IIP (Industrial Internship Program), in which I have to do internship during sixth semester, instead of writing semester exams. This specialization makes an interest mainly to join this institute. The fee for the course is 92000 INR for first year and 86000 INR for next two years. It provided me with the scholarship, so I had to pay only 60000 INR per year. You should meet and talk with respective higher authority with recommendations or with any concerns.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties in Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science have good knowledge. However, they can improve their style of teaching. Some of them are also strict.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel Facilities of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science can be improved to much extent. Students can opt for PGs and flats near the college.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The institute has a great infrastructure. it has a huge separate building for Library, which has a numerous books for each course. It has a jubilee block, which is under still construction.
 

Campus Rating
In Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, we can have a good connection and get to interact with diversified students from all over the country and world. It has a good potential and value for students who are looking for good Aeronautical Engineering, and Fashion-Designing streams. Many functions and activities take place in its open theatre.

    My overall experience at HITS has been one of the best in my schooling years. The reason I chose the college was because of its massive infrastructure and the course Aerospace Engineering which is very well known here. I think anyone interested in the same course as me should definitely consider this college even if it's far off from the center- Chennai as it will be worth your every penny, time and hard work....
