My First Year Experience in KIIT

Overall Rating
I just gave my end semester exams of first year. First semester went smoothly in terms of classes and overall experience.
 

Academics Rating
Academically, KIIT is an average institute. The curriculum is well connections. It would be helpful if the staff can manage to complete the syllabus on time.
 

Faculty Rating
The teaching faculty of the institute needs to be improved. Students can have better experience if they are friendlier.
 

Placement Rating
As I am in my first year, I cannot tell about the placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are hostels in the campus premises. Hostel authority is strict but they are good people and treat all the hostlers nicely. Yes, the hostel washrooms are average but that is because its upto the students also to keep them clean and nice.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of KIIT is good. The central library, the parks and the roads and classrooms and lecture halls and everything you can imagine is pretty good. To travel inside the campus, there is e-rickshaw, which is very useful. Right now, everything is decorated on the basis of Christmas theme and it looks absolutely beautiful.
 

Campus Rating
I have not explored the campus life yet but as far as I know, the life is great. The place is very happening. Every time now and then, some events and functions are going on in the campus. Make sure you don't miss out the events and life here.

    KIIT is an Institute where the main goal of the Institute is educates tons of children. The batch of 2024 has more than 4000 admissions. I had no other good choice rather than to join this Institute. Well it is not totally bad Institute if you can focus on yourself and use the resources efficiently I think you can achieve great things in life.     This Institute is a combination of extracurricular activities and great academics. KIIT provides a beautiful natural environment for students to study and perform their various vocational activities. One who is a great fan of sports and culture must come here cause it is the domain of all these.     KIIT is one of the best engineering institutes with a massive campus of above 600 acres. The classes are very modern and the hostels are very good.     This institute is good. The fee is a bit higher than the other institutes. This still has some positives. For example, the institute provides a laptop to its each student. This laptop is of the latest model, and it's price is included in the fee.
