Central University of Rajasthan B.Sc Review By Aayushi Sharma

I took admission for Integrated M.Sc in environmental sciences in 2014 through CUCET. CURAJ is one of the most reputed organization which ranked 34 in a survey by NIRF. Central University of Rajasthan has perfect infrastructure with best faculties in all departments especially chemistry and physics.

I joined for masters in environmental sciences after 12th. I joined the university after taking an entrance exam known as CUCET. During graduation I read subjects like environmental sciences, statistics, mathematics, public administration etc. which helped in overall development. Along with that I got an opportunity to work on different research works which was enhanced the knowledge towards the subject.

In graduation there were exceptional faculties allotted to particular subjects having phenomenal knowledge of their respective areas who were qualified from foreign universities and they were all PhD holders. In post graduation I got to study under experienced faculties who were easily approachable even after class in case of any queries.

The university has a dedicated cell for placement from year 2019 only which gave students opportunities to get placed in reputed organizations.

There are separate hostels for both boys and girls and they are located on campus with a 24*7 security. During 2014-2019 the fees ranges from 5000-10000 per annum which included all facilities like medical, library, tuition fees as well as hostel fees. The food was not up to god so it was the only thing that the university strictly need to work on.

The university has area of 518 acres with separate buildings allotted to each department. Along with that buildings have proper lift facilities, spacious classrooms, well equipped laboratories and a huge library where almost all course books are available along with hundreds of magazine and internet facility. University has a three bedded dispensary and an ambulance for medical emergencies. They also conduct workshops for different departments throughout the year.

It is a plush green campus with its own pond dedicated for rainwater harvesting. There are different clubs for activities like dance, poetry, debate, singing. University also organize its annual fest every year. There are students from all over India which leads to culture diversity within the campus.
